Overview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a territory plan to effectively target prospect accounts
- Work with current customers to assure they are getting maximum value out of the solution by understanding their strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and industry market dynamics
- Engage resources from our business development and business consultants
- Employ a consultative selling approach to achieve quantifiable results
- Advance and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales campaigns
- Manage face to face meetings during all phases of the sales cycle
- Understand and present the company’s Value proposition to current and future clients
- Understand the the company’s Solution, Value, Cloud, and University advantages over the competition
- Leverage the company’s Marketing and Business Consulting to target accounts in your assigned territory
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High energy

- Strong verbal communication, written and presentation skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Strong organization skills that include prioritizing tasks, creating and keeping deadlines, and attention to detail
- The well-defined sales process
- 8+ years experience in software solution sales, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Track record of exceeding target over multiple full quota years
- Stable work history
- Consistent history of proven quota attainment, strong closing skills, territory management, negotiation, and product knowledge
- Strong business relationships
- Ability to travel 60% (when we are past the Pandemic)
- University degree; equivalent experience also considered
