Overview
Essential Duties
- Support the delivery of Custom and Open Enrollment corporate training sessions. Activities may include scheduling, registrations, room reservations, materials preparation.
- Manage front desk operations and general office duties including facilities, and supplies. Manages calendars, arranges meetings, schedules appointments, and books travel as needed.
- Maintain reception area and ensure that all office items and supplies are appropriately stocked.
- Completes expense reports, special project payments, contract facilitator payments, and faculty honorariums.
- Tracks registrations and payments for Open Enrollment programming.
- Issues invoices to Open Enrollment clients as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical including supporting the Business Operations with the Customer relationship management (CRM) system
Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Established computer/tech and social media skills (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media).
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are required.
Work Environment
- Typical office setting with extensive sitting and computer work
- Ability to travel around campus for meetings and other work-related events
