Overview
Job Description:
- Any and all administrative needs and paperwork
- Running property comps
- Putting together showing schedules for buyer tours
- Coordinating with the marketing team on marketing requests
- Coordinating with DE Management & Staff for all closing paperwork
- Management of client database
- Assistance with personal tasks as needed
- Assistance with personal marketing
- Scheduling
- Attending inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs
- Weekend assistance on occasion
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year working in NY real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Honesty and integrity are most important
- Being extremely detail oriented to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
