Job Description:

  • Any and all administrative needs and paperwork
  • Running property comps
  • Putting together showing schedules for buyer tours
  • Coordinating with the marketing team on marketing requests
  • Coordinating with DE Management & Staff for all closing paperwork
  • Management of client database
  • Assistance with personal tasks as needed
  • Assistance with personal marketing
  • Scheduling
  • Attending inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs
  • Weekend assistance on occasion

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year working in NY real estate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Honesty and integrity are most important
  • Being extremely detail oriented to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
