Overview

We are looking for a qualified person to work a full time position in an outpatient community-based clinic. Our client has been around more than 30 years. They provide top-notch healthcare to patients in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Assists Residency Director in tracking Residency budget.
  • Updates and makes modifications of current educational plan with detailed learning objectives and execution plan.
  • Supports residents/trainees in orientation, adaptation to the organization, and progression through the training experience; in collaboration with preceptors, supports the training needs of each resident.
  • Monitors and drafts required reports for Residency funding organizations.
  • Coordinates resident clinical, and didactic schedules including rotations as needed.
  • Tracks Resident clinical procedure logs and didactic program participation.
  • Coordinates all video-conferencing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Prior dental experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to build strong associations with outside organizations and individuals.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office software applications.
  • Ability to work and communicate in a cordial, respectful manner with a variety of individuals.
  • Good coordination skills.
