Employee Experience Manager Responsibilities

  • As the project manager for the Talent Team, help to develop, design, and implement a best-in-class, full-cycle, comprehensive employee experience strategies embedded with the company’s mission, values, and keep employee physical and mental wellness top of mind.
  • Utilizing a Net Promoter Score survey program, take a data-driven approach to employee engagement and loyalty, creating a baseline and quarterly pulse checks on engagement and overall morale
  • Deeply monitor the heartbeat of employee experience and engagement through surveys, peer-to-peer conversations, employee focus groups and other key interactions
  • Develop and manage a creative, differentiating 90-day onboarding program that can become branded and well known internally and externally in the market, representing our vision, values, mission, our behaviors, and each practice area philosophy, function, and teams.
  • Ensure the seamless transition of new hires from pre-start-date communications to onboarding schedule build-out, introductions, administrative paperwork, etc.
  • Design and implement a Mentoring Buddy program as part of employee’s year one experience.
  • Plan and execute purposeful, culture-enriching events and employee engagement programs geared to create connectivity in a remote-work, flex-first work environment spanning across the US and abroad.
  • Support recruiting efforts with designing and scheduling the Hiring Team interviews to ensure candidates experience a seamless, positive interview experience.
  • Own and ensure excellence in all content delivery for key employee programs and communications such as the onboarding program, town halls, happy hours, AMA meetings, holiday events, and the like
  • Help design and manage key culture programs such as a DEI team, Employee Newsletters, and critical other environmental or culture programs that will help attract and retain talent, both in-person and remote employees.
  • Manage rewards and recognitions programs
  • Partner closely with leadership to evaluate options and build new programs, rewards, recognitions, and initiatives that will enhance the company’s culture, values, and employee satisfaction.
  • Use technology and people analytics effectively to build, manage, and analyze the success of programs aimed at engaging employees and elevating their experience.
  • Serve as a key leader in the programming and coordination of group activities in and out of the office (learning & development, team-building, philanthropic, and entertainment).
  • Keep up on the competitive landscape and meaningful recognitions/awards to ensure the company stands out as a ‘Best Place To Work’.

Employee Experience Manager Job Requirements

  • BS degree in psychology, business, or related preferred
  • 7+ years work experience in complex administration role supporting demanding leaders/teams
  • 5+ years of proven project management in office administration, team administration, and event planning in a fast-growth, high-performing organization
  • A start-up experience is ideal
  • Strong analytical abilities, experience assessing employees’ needs, evaluating feedback, and translating into actionable recommendations to improve employee engagement and experience
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities; deep attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly empathetic and relationship-driven
  • Sharp written and verbal communications skills, with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Unquestioned integrity; ability to develop relationships and earn trust effectively and operate with the utmost discretion
  • Superior organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks
  • Advanced level Microsoft office and google suite applications skills
  • Advanced software management skills across all business applications
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and executing both in-person and virtual events and activities that drive employee engagement and team-building
