Building Construction Estimator – Seattle, WA (or) Vancouver, WA

Overview of the ideal candidate for the DeaMor estimator position:

• The desire to be a member of a professional specialty manufacturer and subcontractor providing quality exterior building components: glass skylights, canopies, and related products.
• Five (5) years’ experience minimum in commercial building construction involving architectural materials, preferably the building envelope and related weather-proofing materials.
• Experience in estimating and/or construction cost analysis and control.
• Proven proficiency in understanding construction documents: drawings and specification
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment with our preconstruction and operations team
• Office locations are Ridgefield (main fabrication facility) and Tukwila (Seattle area operations)
• Willingness to grow and elevate the company corporate culture of high quality and profitability
