Overview

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This position provides a full range of administrative and clerical support to the group including but not limited to, manning the receptionist desk during normal business hours, timekeeping, processing expense accounts, answering phones, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, extensive filing, making copies and scanning documents, typing and document production, and managing the calendar.

In addition to general administrative support, this position will also provide support by performing duties, including but not limited to, preparing reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations for managers and supervisors, assisting with meeting notes, maintaining internal/external contacts, information and files, data input associated with, PaySource and other company systems.

Job Experience

· Extensive experience in an administrative support role is required, and a career administrative professional is preferred.

· Extensive computer skills required including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail

· Strong communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of customers and employees

· Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Demonstrated strong teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision
